
During January to April, the general fund of local budgets in Lviv Region received 15 billion UAH in taxes and payments, allowing the planned targets to be exceeded by 973 million UAH or 6.9 percent. The regional budget mobilised 2.2 billion UAH in taxes and payments, which is 2.1 percent or 45 million UAH more than planned and 20.8 percent more than the revenue for the corresponding period last year. This information comes from the finance department of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
“Compared to the same period last year, revenue to the regional budget increased by 2.6 billion UAH, which constitutes 21.2 percent. The overachievement of planned indicators and positive dynamics have been recorded for all major taxes and payments.
The special fund of the regional budget (income with targeted use for expenditures) received 1 billion UAH in taxes and payments, which exceeds last year’s figures by 6.4 percent or 60 million UAH.
In January-April 2026, taxpayers in Lviv Region contributed 56.7 billion UAH in taxes and payments to the state budget. This is 7.9 billion UAH or 16.1 percent more compared to the corresponding period last year,” reported the relevant department.
