Lviv region receives hundreds and thousands of tons of humanitarian aid from different countries every day. All cargo is sorted and, according to inquiries sent to the regional military administration, sent to the regions of Ukraine.
For the past 24hrs, on March 20, about 1,200 tons of cargo were sent from Lviv region. Most goods are sent from humanitarian warehouses in Lviv, on Zemelna Street. The day before, 172 pallets with goods arrived at the warehouse: food (34), clothes (21), hygiene products (72). The warehouse in Vynnyky also received almost 30 pallets.
Yesterday 3 trucks and 2 buses with humanitarian aid left Lviv region in the direction of Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kyiv. Most of the aid went by rail. For the past 24hrs, 19 trucks have already been unloaded in Lviv Oblast. In general, these are goods from Poland.
This morning, Ukrzaliznytsia received 1 container and 2 covered wagons with humanitarian aid from Warsaw. These include medicines, wheelchairs, portable stretchers, clothing and hygiene products.
