Lvivvodokanal opened a new service center and drinking water filling center on the street. Khutorivka, 24, in the Sykhiv district of the city. In the Water Center, consumers can receive the same services as in the service center on the street. Green A filtered water bottling line will also operate in this location. Here, Lviv residents can use water dispensers and collect purified tap water at an affordable price – UAH 1.20 per liter.
“Water is our main product and no one but us has so much experience and knowledge about what ideal water should be. In the water supply system of the city of Lviv, we supply water from deep artesian wells as nature created it, unfiltered, only minimally disinfected with sodium hypochlorite solution. However, flowing through outdated water pipes, the water in some places is “enriched” with excess iron, and its properties deteriorate. That is why there is a demand for purified water for drinking purposes. Our water goes through several stages of filtration, softening and mineralization. In the water dispensers of the service center, water will cost UAH 1.20 per liter. Water dispensers work around the clock in the building of the service center. However, the purification process directly depends on the availability of electricity,” noted Dmytro Vankovich, director of Lvivvodokanal LMKP.
At the same time, residents will be provided with the main services of Lvivvodokanal in the Water Center, in particular:
– information on charges and indicators of cold water meters;
– change of personal account owner;
– concluding a contract and issuing certificates;
– registration of applications for obtaining technical conditions;
– purchase and installation of water meters;
– applications for conducting laboratory studies of water quality, etc.
“At the same time, residents will be served by three managers. Clients will be able to apply for all services provided by our company and pay for them immediately at the terminal. So that people don’t have to wait, there is an electronic queue in the service center,” noted Dmytro Vankovich.
The new service center is open according to the usual schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
They plan to open such Water Centers in other areas of the city.
