In the first month of 2023, the budget of the Lviv community increased by UAH 18.1 million thanks to privatization. Another 3.6 million UAH went to the state budget. This was reported by the head of the municipal administration of communal property, Inna Svistun.
“The beginning of privatization in 2023 is quite successful. We have UAH 18.1 million for the budget of Lviv and UAH 3.6 million. to the state budget. We continue to work,” the official said.
In particular, these funds came from the privatization of 16 objects. The most expensive object was the building at the address of the street. Yanka Kupala, 5: the sale price was UAH 5.1 million (including VAT). The total area of real estate objects, from which funds were transferred to the budget of the Lviv community in January 2023, is 687.8 square meters. m.
