It was about attracting investments in the development of Lviv Oblast.
Today, June 2, the head of the Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi, met with representatives of the strategic consulting company PASS, which specializes in attracting humanitarian aid and rebuilding destroyed infrastructure. The purpose of the visit of the American partners is to attract investments in the development of the region and establish cooperation between PASS and Lviv OVA. In particular, the meeting discussed cooperation in the medical and IT spheres, as well as the implementation of joint economic projects.
“We thank the USA not only for military support, but also spiritual and investment support. You have united the whole civilized world to help Ukraine, and in order to be part of it, we need to develop the economy, give our people the opportunity to work here and receive a decent salary. Therefore, we hope to strengthen cooperation in a number of areas, for example, in the medical field. After all, the medical system of the Lviv region suffers from a heavy load, as of now, a third of medical facilities have been used to help war victims from various regions. It is here that they are provided with basic secondary and tertiary care. We are trying to help private hospitals to develop, the need of the industry is reconstructive and plastic surgery, psychological assistance and rehabilitation,” the head of Lviv Oblast emphasized.
He spoke about the activities of the Superhumans Center, a modern clinic that opened in the region in April. The medical facility specializes in prosthetics, rehabilitation, reconstructive surgery and the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders, both military and civilian. However, according to Maksym Kozytskyi, in order to cover the medical need, 3 more such centers need to be created in Lviv region alone.

In addition, the head of LOVA offered the representatives of the PASS company to participate in raising funds for the development of the IT industry. In the Lviv region, the largest technological community in Ukraine – the IT cluster – operates there, approximately 150 companies work there.
The president and general director of PASS LLC, Daniel Patrick Puls, emphasized that the organization positions the Lviv region as a safe region for business and investment. Therefore, American businessmen will definitely consider the offer of cooperation in the proposed directions.
