During October 10-13, 5 companies from the Lviv Region took part in the International Exhibition of Machine Building and Engineering in the city of Brno, Czech Republic.
We are talking about LLC “DMZ Karpaty”, LLC TPK “Techno-dvir”, LLC “Zavod Electronpobutprilad”, LLC “KB Vepryk” and LLC “Progress TRV”.
This year, the 64th annual International Engineering Fair 2023 was held, at which Ukraine was represented by 5 regions: Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
This is the largest Ukrainian business delegation since the beginning of the full-scale war, which included more than 70 representatives of the machine-building sector of Ukraine. During this year’s exhibition, more than 1,600 companies from Europe, the USA and Asia presented their companies, and in general, the exhibition was visited by more than 80,000 participants from all over the world.
On the first day, the participants of the Ukrainian stand were personally greeted by the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Josef Sikela, and the Commissioner for the Reconstruction of Ukraine of the Government of the Czech Republic, Tomáš Kopechny. During the visit, all business representatives conducted active negotiations regarding the supply of finished equipment and components to foreign partners. Representatives of the Lviv region discussed cooperation issues with their Czech colleagues.
The participation of Ukrainian business was made possible thanks to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic and the Consulate of Ukraine in Brno.
