Morshyn Community to Receive Over 1 Million UAH Thanks to Prosecutor’s Intervention

The court upheld the claim of the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office regarding the recovery of over 1 million UAH from a local enterprise for illegal use of a land plot. This plot, covering about 0.5 hectares in Morshyn, is intended for the construction of tourist infrastructure and public catering facilities. The enterprise, which provides recreational services, has property there—a complex of non-residential sanatorium buildings. After the lease expired, the owner continued to use the land without formalizing a new agreement and did not pay the rent, causing budget losses. The prosecutor’s office filed a claim due to these violations, which the court satisfied.
