Analysis of the Largest Personal Income Tax Payers in Communities
The Department of Finance of the Regional State Administration has compiled data on the top five largest personal income tax payers for each territorial community in the region for the first quarter of 2025. The department’s director, Oleh Demkiv, announced the results of this analysis.
Leaders Among Communities
There are two communities that can be considered leaders in terms of budget contribution through this tax, as all five largest PIT payers in these communities are representatives of the business sector. These are Morshynska and Sokolnytska TG.
Other Communities with High Performance
Four out of the top five payers represent businesses in the following communities:

- Zhovtanetska
- Pidberiztsivska
- Solonkivska
- Shchyretska
- Slavska
- Kamyanka-Buzka
- Murowanska
- Bibrska
- Zymnovodivska
- Radekhivska
- Borynska
- Glynyanska
- Hrabovetsko-Dulibivska
- Dobrotvirska
- Ivano-Frankivska
- Krasnenska
- Kulykivska
- Novoyarychivska
- Obroshynska
- Stryiska
- Chervonogradska
In total, there are 17 TGs where the number of business representatives in the top five largest PIT payers has increased compared to the first quarter of last year, and in only three communities has it decreased.
