Biskovytsia territorial community (outside the settlement) of Sambir district. The area of the plot is 8.97 hectares, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 4,507.85. More details at the link;
Dobromyl territorial community (outside the settlement) of Sambir district. The area of the plot is 14.10 hectares, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 44,944.63. More details at the link;

The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. October 25, 2023.
“Land auctions are an effective means of increasing revenues to the budget and improving the community’s investment climate,” said Tetyana Getman, director of the department of agro-industrial development of the Lviv OVA.
