In the Lviv region, a family of migrants will live in a house being built by a relocated company
The family, who lost their home due to Russian military action, will soon live in a house being built by a company relocated from Odessa in the Lviv region.
The house was named “People’s House”. Area – 90 square meters. It is being built by the company Chornomorsk BUD GROUP, which moved to the Lviv region at the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops.
According to Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, only 7 specialists were evacuated from the enterprise. They are currently working to expand the team to 60 people.
“They plan to build from 70 to 200 homes a month. Each of them is designed for an average of 5 people. Therefore, they will provide housing for up to 1,000 people a month.
I will add that the construction company manufactures wooden structures, buildings and structures based on the unique American technology “MITEK”, which allows you to implement any construction solution (dormitories, mobile hospitals, sports complexes, barracks, etc.). The cost of one square meter of the finished building, depending on the configuration, is from 330 to 550 USD, ”Maksym Kozytskyi said.
Due to hostilities, companies are forced to move to safer places to be able to operate at full capacity. Currently, Lviv region is a leader among the regions of Ukraine in terms of relocation and re-registration of businesses from the epicenters of events. In the Lviv region there are already 85 enterprises that have moved from other regions.
