According to the results of the inspection, the base was allowed to operate.
The other day, employees of the Transport and Communications Department, together with a representative of the Podilsk-Carpathian Interregional Administration of the State Service of Sea and River Transport of Ukraine, inspected the “Dobrotvir” sports facilities, SDYUSSHOR named after A. Didusha “Veslyarik” and DYSSH (rowing) No. 3 regarding the operation of water transport.
The main task of the inspection was to check the permit documentation and conduct preventive and explanatory work on the prevention of accidents involving small vessels, the rights and obligations of base managers and persons responsible for the navigation safety management system.
According to the results of the inspection, the sports facilities were allowed to operate.
We note that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 1054-IX “On Inland Water Transport”, local state administrations:
- approve the holding of sports and other mass events on the water;
- open bases for the parking of small vessels and bases for the parking of sports vessels, carry out their
- inspections, publish information about such bases on their official websites;
- monitor compliance with the rules of safe operation of bases for the parking of small vessels.
