Land e-auctions for the sale of lease rights to communal agricultural land plots will be held on January 31.
The offered plots are located on the territory of the:
Belz territorial community outside the settlement of Chervonohrad district for commercial agricultural production:

Davydiv territorial community outside the settlement of Lviv district for farming:
the land plot area is 3.00 hectares, the initial annual fee is UAH 15054.60. For more details, please follow the link;
land plot area – 1.00 hectares, the initial annual fee is UAH 5018.20. For more details, please follow the link;
land plot area – 3.82 hectares, starting annual fee – UAH 19190.01. For more details, please follow the link;
The deadline for submission of bids is 20:00 hrs. January 30, 2024.
“The advantage of acquiring a lease at a land auction is that the land plot is ready for use by a tenant or investor without unnecessary procedures after the transaction is concluded,” said Tetiana Hetman, Director of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
