The new TsNAP will serve more than 10,000 residents of the Kulikiv territorial community.
Today, September 29, in the urban-type village of Kulikiv, Lviv district, the tenth Diya.Center was officially opened on the territory of Lviv region. The total cost of the project was almost 5 million hryvnias, which was allocated from the regional and local budgets. For this amount, the building was overhauled, furniture, computer equipment, an electronic queue and all necessary equipment were purchased.
Oleksandr Kulepin, deputy head of the Lviv OVA for digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO), said that the new Diya.Center will provide almost two dozen services for veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

“The opening of such centers in the communities of Lviv Oblast shows exactly how administrative services should be provided: convenient, high-quality and without queues. Our whole country deserves such a transformation, and I am convinced that it will happen in the near future. I am extremely pleased that thanks to effective cooperation with the community, we managed to implement this project. I hope that each of the residents of the community will experience qualitative changes in the provision of services, and work here will only bring satisfaction to everyone who works here,” said Oleksandr Kulepin.
He also added that the number of administrative services that will be provided through Diya.Tsentr is 272, and 156 through remote workplaces.
It should be noted that the following services will be provided in the new TsNAP: registration of place of residence, registration of property rights to immovable property, business registration, services in the field of land relations and architectural and construction activities, social services, services for veterans, services for the production of passports, issues of the state production and consumer service, registration places to stay and other local services.
