Updated reservation criteria for agricultural producers in Lviv region

The Government of Ukraine has adopted Resolution No. 692 “Certain issues of reserving military liable persons for the period of mobilisation and during martial law”, which changes the approach to defining critically important enterprises. Following this, the Lviv Regional Military Administration, by Order of 24.06.2026 No. 1200/0/5-26ВА, adjusted the regional criteria previously approved by Order of 13 December 2024 No. 1332/0/5-24ВА.

For the agricultural sector of Lviv region, a revised separate criterion has been introduced: an agricultural enterprise whose main activity is the production of agricultural products may obtain the status of critically important, provided that at least 5 employees have been working there for three consecutive calendar months.

At the same time, the requirement to comply with the established volumes of agricultural production, which are taken into account when granting an enterprise the status of critically important for the functioning of the economy and meeting the needs of the state, remains unchanged.

In addition to specific sectoral requirements, mandatory criteria apply to all applicants for critically important status. In particular, the accrued average wage at the enterprise for the last calendar month must not be lower than the national minimum wage multiplied by a coefficient of 3, which currently amounts to 25 941 UAH. The enterprise must also have no arrears in the payment of taxes to the state and local budgets and of the single contribution to the compulsory state social insurance.

The updated criteria are important for agricultural producers in Lviv region who plan to obtain critically important status and, accordingly, the possibility of reserving military liable employees.
