The head of Lviv Regional State Administration has released the updated ranking of the most successful communities in the Lviv region as of December 1.
The top ten leaders include: Pidberiztsi, Zymna Voda, Murowana, Sykhiv, Lviv, Solonka, Pustomyty, Morshyn, Obroshyne, and Dobrotvir communities. “For the first time, the Obroshyne community entered the top ten best. This was achieved by enhancing the quality of social support and veteran services; improving living conditions for internally displaced persons (IDPs); providing 263 out of the possible 300 services at the Administrative Services Center (ASC); equipping schools with shelters according to State Emergency Service requirements; and organizing digital registries and documentation”, said Maksym Kozytsky.
The selection criteria include active social services, a proactive development strategy, the efficiency of ASC, and the prioritization of education and safety. A monthly rating is created to evaluate the effectiveness of management decisions, which helps respond promptly to challenges.
