An auction was held today for the sale of non-residential premises on the street. Zelenii, 7. During the bidding, the price for the object increased fourfold.
This was reported in the communal property management of the Lviv City Council.
In particular, we are talking about non-residential premises on the first floor, with a total area of 64.5 square meters on the street. Zelenii, 7 (the building is not a monument of cultural heritage). The premises were put up for sale on April 2 in the Prozorro Sales system. The auction took place today, April 20.
The winner was Habitat Ukraine LLC. In total, 9 participants took part in the auction.
