
At the Ukrainian-Polish border, border guards discovered goods transported illegally, worth approximately 2 million hryvnias.
At the ‘Ugryniv’ checkpoint, 270 syringe pens were found in a Mercedes minivan. Among them were products for fat reduction, muscle building, endurance enhancement, and rapid body recovery. Additionally, remedies for wound healing, stomach support, post-surgery and training recovery, slowing down of cellular aging, DNA repair processes support, and overall liver and immune function strengthening were detected.
At the ‘Krakivets’ checkpoint, South Korean professional cosmeceutical cosmetics were discovered in the trunk of a Volkswagen: face creams, BB creams, and collagen masks. In another case, 96 units of various branded perfumes were found in a Prague-Lviv regular bus.
There were also violations at the ‘Shehyni’ checkpoint. There, border guards stopped a Bonn-Kharkiv bus and found 100 electronic cigarettes. During the inspection of a Renault minivan, 57 gift sets from a famous Dutch brand were detected.
According to preliminary estimates, the total value of all the found goods is approximately 2 million hryvnias.
