The Sokal City Council reported that some deputies are speculating on the topic of war on social networks and writing false information, saying that the Sokal City Council does not want to allocate funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is blocking this issue.
As reported on the official Telegram page of the Sokal City Council, this information is false. During 2022-2023, the Sokal City Council has already allocated 17.4 million hryvnias to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
By order of the Sokal Mayor, a session of the Sokal City Council, scheduled for April 25, has been convened. The main issue is the introduction of changes to the indicators of the budget of the Sokal City Council for 2023, namely the distribution of the balance of the budget funds formed at the beginning of 2023.
The Sokal City Council proposed to the deputies for consideration a draft budget decision, which provides for the allocation of funds, in particular:
– To support the Armed Forces of Ukraine – for the purchase of quadrocopters (drones), as well as components and tablets for them – UAH 1,700,000;
– To provide the privileged category of the population with medicines – UAH 519,800;
– For the transportation of 5 hemodialysis patients in the city of Chervonograd – UAH 140,000;
– For the Program of social protection of certain categories of the population – UAH 1,248,100;
– For the Program “Information awareness of certain categories of citizens of the Sokal territorial community” – the amount of UAH 94,050;
– UAH 1,980,000 for the Program of compensation for the travel of certain categories of citizens in road transport;
– For the Program of Support of Internally Displaced Persons for the Period of Martial Law in the Sokal Territorial Community – UAH 712,500;
– 3,800,000 UAH for the improvement of Starosty districts (200,000 UAH for each Starosty district);
– For the production of design and estimate documentation for the object “Construction of the sewerage network to the KNS No. 2 (Zamkova Nizhnya Street, 1a) in the city of Sokal” (district Yavornytskogo Street) – UAH 699,590, inspection and certification of sedimentation ponds mine water of sludge accumulators and tailings storage facilities of hydrotechnical facilities – UAH 99,000, purchase of containers for solid household waste – UAH 584,960;
– UAH 800,000 for the normative monetary valuation of land on the territory of the Sokal urban territorial community, UAH 208,650 for the production of land management documentation;
– For the Program for the development of urban planning documentation of settlements on the territory of the Sokal urban territorial community – UAH 244,940;
– For the maintenance of preschool educational institutions – UAH 1,896,610, including: for raising the wages of cooks – UAH 436,600, sewerage repair of the preschool institution in the village of Komariv – UAH 243,880, the purchase of a solid fuel boiler for the preschool institution in the village of Knyazhe – 63,000 UAH;
– For the maintenance of general secondary education institutions – UAH 9,992,320, including: to increase the wages of cooks and drivers – UAH 755,180, purchase of heating boilers – UAH 846,450, capital repairs – UAH 2,797,460;
– For the maintenance of out-of-school education institutions in the amount of UAH 282,770;
– For sports events – UAH 375,750;
– To repair the roof of the “Sokolyani” Youth School – UAH 118,200;
– For the Program of national-patriotic, military-sports education and preparation of young people for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – UAH 169,000;
– For the Sokal region promotion program in Ukraine and abroad – UAH 115,000;
– For the repair of the premises of the Department of Culture and People’s Houses – UAH 319,800;
– To replenish the library fund and subscribe to periodicals – UAH 250,000;
– 5,000,000 hryvnias for major repairs of the “Sokil” physical culture and sports complex;
– For maintenance and current repair of communal roads (streets) of the Sokal territorial community – UAH 3,725,000;
– for operational maintenance of public roads of local importance – UAH 25,000,000 (subsidy from the regional budget): Chervonograd-Peretoky – UAH 3,500,000, Varyaz-Boyanichi – UAH 1,000,000, Komariv-Perespa – UAH 4,500,000, Ilkovichi- Kopytiv – UAH 4,200,000, Svytyazum-Ravshchyna – UAH 300,000, Skomorokhy-Royatyn – UAH 5,200,000, Tartakiv-Knyazhe – UAH 1,800,000, Tartakiv-Romanivka – UAH 1,000,000, (Sokal-Chervonograd)-Zhvyrka – UAH 2,500,000, Khorobriv-Opilsko – UAH 1,000,000;
– for KP “Sokalte” for KP “Sokalteplokomunenergo” for payment of restructured debt for consumed natural gas, as well as for gas distribution and transportation – UAH 508,770;
– for the purchase of fuel for the 4th state fire-rescue unit of the GU DSNS in the Lviv region – UAH 200,000;
– for the purchase of digital radio stations for Police Department No. 2 of the Chervonograd District Police Department – UAH 250,000.
This draft decision was developed by the city council, each deputy on the commission has the right to make his suggestions. Instead, individual deputies did not come to the budget commission meeting on Friday, so there was no quorum for decision-making. For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that four members of this commission are in military service. Others must participate in commission meetings and sessions and work for the good of the community that elected them
