The term is until December 1.
In order to receive additional support for the purchase of solid stove household fuel at the expense of international partners, the recipient of a housing subsidy/benefit must provide consent to the collection, transfer and processing of his personal data and the data of household members by December 1, 2023.
Three ways of giving consent to the transfer and processing of personal data to partners for obtaining additional support for the purchase of solid stove household fuel in the heating season of 2023-2024 have been identified:
– by replying to the received SMS message;
– through the personal account of the grantee/beneficiary on the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
– by submitting an application (any form) to any convenient service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Pay attention! Persons who have acquired the right to receive a housing subsidy payment or a benefit for the purchase of solid stove household fuel and who have previously given their consent to the collection, transfer and processing of their personal data and the data of household members to the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine or the Pension Fund of Ukraine for the payment of any other financial aid from international organizations, in particular, within the framework of the implementation of the project on the implementation of additional social support measures for certain categories of the population (from among pensioners and/or internally displaced persons), it is not necessary to give such consent again.
We will remind: Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.11.2023 No. 1173 “On the implementation during the heating season of 2023-2024 of an experimental project on providing additional support to the population for the purchase of solid stove household fuel” provides for the provision of benefits and housing subsidies to recipients who have acquired the right to receive payments for the purchase of solid stove household fuel or received a corresponding payment in 2023, additional support for the purchase of solid stove household fuel at the expense of international partners.
Importantly! The amount of additional support for the purchase of solid household fuel will be calculated individually for each household as the difference between the amount determined in accordance with this resolution and the amount of payment before the introduction of the experimental project.
Pay attention! Those who in 2023 have already received a benefit or a housing subsidy for the purchase of solid stove household fuel do not need to submit an additional application – the amount of the additional payment will be calculated based on the available information.
It should be noted that additional support to recipients of benefits and housing subsidies for the purchase of solid household fuel can be provided no more than once during the term of the experimental project.
