According to the information of the LMR city agglomeration department, three MAFs were dismantled in Bryukhovychy, one of them – for the second time. The kiosks were located on the street. Sukhomlynskoho, 2, 2a and 10. All of them worked without legal grounds: they were not included in the Comprehensive Scheme and did not have passports of attachment.
“The decision to dismantle temporary structures was made by the executive committee of the LMR back in September. The story with the MAF on the street is interesting. Sukhomlynskoho, 10. It was dismantled for the second time. I’m glad that it wasn’t at the expense of the city: the owner twice took away his pavilion himself.
The story is classic – there are no permits for this temporary structure. After the executive committee’s decision to demolish, the owner took his stall away for the first time. When the dismantling period according to the documents expired, I returned it to the same place. The city launched the dismantling procedure for the second time – and the owner took his pavilion again,” the LMR city agglomeration department noted.
We would like to remind you that in order to organize documents and include temporary structures in the Comprehensive scheme of the Lviv MTG, the communities are currently conducting an inventory of MAFs. The city council notes that owners of kiosks that have permits should not worry. The task of the commission is to find out on what basis the temporary structures work. And also check whether they meet external requirements and building regulations. Still, the main goal is to put the documents in order and bring temporary structures of the affiliated communities into the Comprehensive Scheme of the Lviv MTG.
