In Lviv, repeat auctions for the right to lease locations for mobile trade in the city’s parks have been completed. The municipal enterprise «Зелений Львів» has announced the auction results and is preparing to conclude lease agreements, which will remain valid until the end of 2027.
The winner of the auctions for locations in Zamarsynivskyi Park, the 700th Anniversary of Lviv Park, Sknylivskyi and Vyhovskyi parks, as well as in the Bilohorshcha forest park, is ТзОВ «Файні Льоди». The company has already signed protocols with LKP «Зелений Львів» and DP «Скнилів-Парк», which are responsible for the management of these green areas.
Protocols have also been signed by individual entrepreneurs: ФОП Різник Р. А. became the winner for the location in Levandivskyi Park, and ФОП Желізко Д. О. for the location in the park of Saint John Paul II, Pope of Rome. Other winners are in the process of signing their protocols.
«After this, the entrepreneurs will conclude lease agreements and agree the external appearance of the mobile trade facilities with the Department of Architecture and Spatial Development,» the municipal enterprise “Зелений Львів” noted.
In total, during the repeat auctions the city offered more than 10 places for mobile trade in nine Lviv parks. At these locations it is permitted to sell coffee, ice cream and other food products, but the sale of alcohol and tobacco products is prohibited.
The right to lease all locations will be valid until the end of 2027. The first auctions to grant such rights took place at the end of June, but at that time most of the winners did not sign the required protocols. As a result, the city announced repeat auctions. In line with the Prozorro.Продажі rules, the security deposit for repeat auctions was significantly increased in order to reduce the risk of unscrupulous participant behaviour.
