In Lviv, a further five large low-floor buses, equipped with air conditioning systems and adapted for passengers with reduced mobility, have entered service on city routes No. 14 and No. 31.
Three new large buses are operating on route No. 31, which connects the Railway Station and the Halytske crossroads. This route is served by the carrier PJSC “ATP-14630”.
Another two large buses are boosting capacity on route No. 14, which links Antonycha Street with the “Zakhidna” bus station. Services on this route are provided by the company “Mira i K”.
The head of the Transport Department of Lviv City Council, Oleh Partyka, stressed that increasing the number of modern vehicles enhances comfort and convenience for passengers, and also improves the accessibility of public transport for all categories of residents and visitors to the city.
According to the City Council, since the beginning of 2026 municipal and private carriers in Lviv have put into service on city routes around 160 large low-floor buses. Currently, more than 80% of the city’s public transport is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
