“British Secretary of State for Aviation, Maritime Affairs and Security Mike Kane confirmed his readiness to support the development of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure. We did not hesitate and immediately went to London for a meeting. Our common goal is to develop a high-quality project that will integrate and make our city and Ukraine more accessible to Europe,” said the mayor of Lviv.
According to Andriy Sadovyi, as of now, there is an agreement that three leading companies with experience in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects will join the work – Gleeds, BDP, and PwC. Over the next three months, they will prepare a list of priority projects to attract funding. All in order to “develop a quality project that will integrate and make our city and Ukraine more accessible to Europe.”
During his working trip to the UK, Andriy Sadovyi and his deputy Serhiy Kiral also met with partners of the UNBROKEN Cities Network.
