Electronic land auctions are scheduled for 29 September, at which five plots for business development will be put up for sale. Two of them are located in Lviv, and three more in the village of Mali Pidlysky near the city. The auction was announced by the Department of Natural Resources and Construction.
The land is offered for the construction of production and warehouse facilities and administrative buildings, offices, a hotel, as well as for the development of tourist infrastructure and food service establishments.
In Lviv, a plot of 2.0107 ha on Pivnichna Street (projected) has been put up for auction. Its designated use is to accommodate a complex of production and warehouse buildings with an administrative and utility block. The land is located close to the Syhnivka industrial zone, and the starting price of the lot is UAH 24,224,900.
Another Lviv plot of 2.5602 ha will be sold in the Riasne-2 industrial zone. It is designated for the construction of production and industrial buildings with warehouse and administrative and utility premises. The starting price of this lot is UAH 29,800,728.
Three plots are located in Mali Pidlysky on Pivdenna Street. This site has already been used for land sales via the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” system, and facilities that were built there are now in operation.
At the auction, they plan to sell a plot of 0.8 ha for the construction and maintenance of tourist infrastructure facilities and food service establishments, with a starting price of UAH 5,126,160.
Another plot of 0.45 ha will be offered for the construction of an office building. The starting price of this lot is UAH 3,032,460.
In addition, a plot of 1.2 ha intended for the construction of a hotel will be put up for auction. Its starting price is UAH 7,398,120.
The city authorities note that the proceeds from the sale of these plots are to be directed towards urgent wartime needs.
“The lion’s share of the funds raised from the sale of this land will go to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, healthcare, rehabilitation of our veterans and other wartime priorities,” said Liubomyr Zubach.
