Auction for Land Sale in Lviv City Territorial Community: Opportunities for Business
In Malechiv and Maly Pidlisky, land is being sold for business purposes. The auction will take place in a month, on May 13th.
The land resources management, which prepared the lots, states that this is the first auction this year where municipal land in the settlements of the Lviv City Territorial Community will be sold. In both cases, it concerns land for business purposes.
Lot Details
- In Malechiv, 2 hectares are for sale at 63 Zhovkivska Street. This plot is designated for the construction of an industrial warehouse building with administrative and household premises. It is located in a large industrial zone of 50 hectares. Currently, there is intensive development of modern productions and enterprises. Nearby is an international highway leading to the border, which is scheduled for reconstruction, including an increase in the number of lanes. The starting price of this lot is 13,480,400 UAH.
- Another plot of 0.513 hectares is for sale in Maly Pidlisky on Pivdenna Street. It’s at the entrance to the settlement from Lviv’s side. The plot has good transport connections: one road leads to Kyiv, another to Lutsk. In the future, the Northern bypass is planned to pass here. The target designation of the lot is for the construction and maintenance of trade buildings. Notably, last year, another plot was sold nearby for building a shopping center. The starting price is 3,362,202 UAH.
Upcoming Auctions
In the near future, eight more land plots located in the settlements of the Lviv City Territorial Community will be auctioned. This time, in Hriad. All of them are located in one block and are designated for industry and the construction of administrative-office buildings. Documents for these plots have already been prepared, starting prices approved, and the final vote took place at the last session of the Lviv City Council.
