On 31 October in Truskavets, the cleaning company “Family” was officially opened, founded by serving member of the Armed Forces Artur Freimut and his girlfriend Viktoriia Chupryna. The business operates in the field of professional premises cleaning and was created thanks to a state grant.
The couple decided to develop a joint family business, prepared a grant application and successfully defended it. While stationed in the combat zone in eastern Ukraine, Artur Freimut took part in an online interview regarding the funding. The grant money was used to purchase a van and professional equipment, while other expenses — premises rental, uniforms, household chemicals — were covered from their own funds.
Artur’s sister, well-known TV presenter Olha Freimut, attended the presentation of the “Family” company. The Mayor of Truskavets, Andrii Kulchynskyi, also took part in the event. Entrepreneurs from Truskavets, Drohobych, Boryslav, Stryi and other towns came to support the new business.
In its work, the company uses certified professional equipment by Kärcher and certified safe eco-friendly cleaning products manufactured in Ukraine. According to the founders, there are no comparable certified cleaning companies in the region offering official employment for staff and full professional equipment. Before its official launch, “Family” operated in test mode for a month and a half, during which it received positive feedback from clients.
The company’s core services include:
- post-renovation cleaning;
- deep cleaning;
- regular maintenance cleaning;
- upholstery cleaning;
- cleaning of houses, flats, offices, restaurants and cafés of varying levels of complexity.
“Time is of immense value in our era. Spending large amounts of it on doing your own cleaning is not a rational use of time. That is why we give people back their time by taking all the dirty work on ourselves. In other words, we come and clean the flat or office, and the owners can keep that time for themselves, to rest or to spend it usefully,” explains Viktoriia Chupryna, outlining the concept behind their cleaning service.
“Family” is open to cooperation with condominium associations, residential complexes, new-build developments, accommodation providers and anyone interested in professional cleaning. The company travels to jobs across the region, including Truskavets, Drohobych, Sambir, Stryi and the surrounding towns and villages.
The cleaning company’s office is located in Truskavets at 64 Danylyshynykh Street, not far from the city hospital; a photo studio operates on the second floor of this building. Discounts on services are available for the families of servicemen.
