The Zhovkva City Council has announced an electronic auction for the sale of a small-scale privatisation asset — a municipal non-residential building in the city of Zhovkva.
This concerns non-residential premises with a total area of 335.0 sq m, located at: Zhovkva, 62V Voiniv UPA Street.
The starting price of the lot is 807,000 UAH (excluding VAT), which, as stated in the announcement, is 50% lower than the asset's initial value.
The deadline for submitting applications to take part in the auction is 20:00 on 2 August 2026. The electronic auction itself is scheduled to take place on 3 August 2026.

Both individuals and legal entities are invited to participate in the auction.
