A new industrial park, named “Dionis Energo Eco Park”, is set to be developed in the Zhytomyr region, covering 13.2 hectares. The park will prioritize green energy production, agricultural product processing, and the manufacturing of eco-friendly biomaterials.
The new complex is being established on the foundation of an existing biogas facility with a capacity of 4.5 MW, which has been in operation for several years.
Key production areas within the park will include:
- biogas, bioethanol, and bioplastic production;
- manufacturing of construction materials and food products;
- production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds for agriculture.
Total expected investment into the science-based industrial park stands at 800 million UAH. Three companies have already confirmed their participation in the initiative.
“Dionis Energo Eco Park” is poised to boost the development of renewable energy and agri-processing industries, while also creating new employment opportunities in the Zhytomyr region.
