In November, auctions will take place for the sale of 10 land plots for business development in the Lviv community.
The land auctions will be held on November 11 and 18. Ten plots will be sold, seven of which are in the Lviv community, intended for business and farming. In Hryadi, rent for 10 years for agricultural production starts at 10,000 UAH.
In Maly Pidlisky on Pivdenna Street, four lots will be sold for the construction of a hotel, a food establishment, offices, and shopping. Lot prices range from 3 to 7 million UAH.
In Dublyany on Soniacna Street, a plot for trade with parking is sold for 1,984,480 UAH. In Zarudtsi on Franka Street, a plot for trade is sold under lease rights.
In Lviv on Zamelna Street, 8, a plot for administrative buildings is sold for 72,368,280 UAH. On Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue, 2a, the rent for 10 years for a parking lot starts at 527,076 UAH. On Bilogorshcha Street, rent for 10 years for a shopping and entertainment center starts at 3,978,533 UAH.
