Today, vmgromada reported that a team from the Honorary Consular Representation of Ukraine in the administrative district of Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, headed by Ms. Svitlana Tereshchenko, visited the Velykomostivska City Council. The key topic of the meeting was establishing economic cooperation and seeking potential investors for the Velykomostivska community.
They discussed the possibilities of involving German businesses in implementing investment projects in the fields of production, infrastructure, and job creation. The discussion included forming a favorable investment climate, presenting the community’s economic potential, and concrete steps to establish direct contacts with German entrepreneurs.
We are interested in long-term and practical cooperation that will have a clear economic result for the community — new business opportunities, entrepreneurship development, and filling the local budget. We hope this meeting will be the first but also a key step in the process of attracting investments, and the agreements reached will be realized in specific projects in the near future.
They also briefly discussed the prospects of inter-municipal cooperation between communities in Ukraine and Germany as an additional partnership direction.
