From 1 June Lviv Municipal Heat Energy Utility “Lvivteploenergo” will change its working hours. Consumers are advised to take the updated schedule into account when planning personal visits to the company.
The main working schedule of Lviv Municipal Heat Energy Utility “Lvivteploenergo” is set as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00;
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:45;
- lunch break: 12:00 – 12:45;
- Saturday, Sunday – days off.
The service centre of Lviv Municipal Heat Energy Utility “Lvivteploenergo” at 203 Horodotska St will operate to the same schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00;
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:45;
- lunch break: 12:00 – 12:45;
- Saturday, Sunday – days off.
You can book an appointment at the service centre in advance online or directly on site by registering in the queue.
A separate working schedule has been set for the Lviv Municipal Heat Energy Utility “Lvivteploenergo” call centre:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00;
- Saturday, Sunday – days off.
The company notes that the updated working schedule will be in effect until 30 September this year.
