During the inspection of the vehicles, 4 acts were drawn up regarding the violation of the requirements of the transport legislation.
Employees of the state supervision (control) department of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region and employees of the road traffic safety department of the patrol police department in the Lviv region were involved in the inspection.
“As part of a joint raid inspection, 2 acts were drawn up for violation of the requirements of Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Road Transport” (absence of permit documents) and 2 resolutions for violation of Part 2 of Article 121 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of passenger transportation rules when providing passenger transportation services).” – said Stepan Rudnytskyi, head of LOVA’s transport and communications department.
It should be noted that such raid inspections will be carried out systematically in the region.
