Zhovkva City Council has announced an electronic auction for the sale of ownership rights to a land plot in the village of Volia-Vysotska in Lviv district. The plot is designated for the construction of a filling station complex and roadside service facilities.
The land plot is located at: Lviv region, Lviv district, village of Volia-Vysotska, 1A Molodizhna St, near the international motorway M-09 Ternopil – Lviv – Rava-Ruska.
Key characteristics of the plot: area — 1.0685 ha, cadastral number — :05:001:0047, land category — land for industrial, transport, electronic communications, energy, defence and other uses, designated use — KVCpz 12.04.
The starting price of the lot is UAH 4,402,000. The electronic auction is scheduled for 12 August 2026 at 11:20. Detailed information on the terms of bidding and participation in the auction is available on a specialised electronic platform.
