In the first half of the year, UAH 23.2 billion in taxes and charges was paid into the general fund of local budgets in Lviv region. The six-month revenue target was exceeded by 4.5%. This was reported by the Finance Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
Over this period, UAH 3.7 billion was raised for the regional budget, which is 4.4% above the planned figure for the first half of the year. The annual targets have been met at 52% both for local budgets across the region as a whole and for the regional budget.
The line department notes that, compared with the corresponding period in 2025, revenues to local budgets in Lviv region increased by UAH 4.3 billion, or 23%. For the regional budget, the increase amounts to UAH 749 million, which corresponds to growth of 26%.
UAH 1.7 billion in taxes and charges was paid into the special fund of local budgets in the region, which records earmarked revenues, in January–June. This is UAH 66 million, or 4.1%, more than in the same period last year.
In the first half of this year, taxpayers in Lviv region transferred UAH 93.5 billion to the state budget. Compared with the same period last year, revenues increased by UAH 16.9 billion, or 22%.
