
The Lviv region is among the leading regions in Ukraine for tax revenues to local budgets.
The Director of the Department Oleg Demkiv noted that the region traditionally ranks third in the country for contributions to the general fund, following Kyiv and the Dnipropetrovsk region. Lviv region trails only these two regions in terms of revenues from personal income tax, single tax, corporate profit tax, as well as contributions to the special fund.
Lviv region ranks fourth in Ukraine in terms of revenues from land fees, excise tax, and rental payments for natural resources. For property tax revenues, Lviv region ranks second, trailing only the capital.
