In January 2026, the general fund of the Lviv region’s budget received 3.5 billion UAH in taxes and payments.
The January plan was exceeded by 291 million UAH or 9.2 percent. The general fund of the regional budget mobilized 414 million UAH, which is 18 million UAH or 4 percent more than planned. “Compared to the corresponding period last year, revenues to the Lviv region’s budget increased by 550 million UAH or 19 percent. Growth for the regional budget is 83 million UAH or 25 percent,” reports the finance department of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
The special fund of Lviv region’s budget received 226 million UAH in taxes and payments, which is 30 million UAH or 15 percent more than receipts in January 2025. The state’s budget was replenished by the taxpayers of the region with taxes amounting to 11.9 billion UAH. This is 1.2 billion UAH or 11 percent more compared to the corresponding period last year.
