
The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region is introducing an electronic format for informing owners of real estate and land plots about the assessed amounts of property tax and land tax.
From now on, taxpayers can view the necessary information from the databases of the supervisory authority – the list of properties they own and for which tax has been assessed, the amounts charged, any reliefs, debts, as well as a payment link with the relevant details – in their electronic taxpayer’s account.
To receive documents from the tax authority specifically via the electronic account, you need to submit an application stating that you wish to use this service.
To submit an application, the taxpayer should:
- log in to the private section of the electronic taxpayer’s account using a qualified electronic signature;
- in the “Налаштування” (Settings) section, select the “Бажання листування з податковою” (Preference for correspondence with the tax service) tab;
- click “Бажаю отримувати документи” (I wish to receive documents) and provide the email address to which notifications about documents in the electronic account will be sent;
- sign the application with a qualified electronic signature and submit it.
