The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Oblast has introduced an electronic notification format for owners of real estate and land plots regarding the amounts of property tax and land tax charged. All data are now available in the taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet.
In the private section of the Electronic Cabinet, users can view:
- a list of real estate and land plots they own;
- the amounts of tax charged;
- any applicable reliefs;
- information on tax arrears;
- payment details for settling taxes.
To receive documents from the tax service via the Electronic Cabinet, a taxpayer must submit an application stating their wish to receive documents in electronic form.
To submit such an application, you need to:
- log in to the private section of the taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet using a qualified electronic signature (QES);
- in the “Settings” section, select the “Preference for correspondence with the tax service” tab;
- select the option “I wish to receive documents” and specify the email address for sending notifications;
- sign the application with your QES and send it electronically.
The State Tax Service urges taxpayers to make active use of electronic services, as they allow you to obtain all necessary tax information quickly and conveniently without visiting tax inspectorates.
