
In the Krasne territorial community of Zolochiv district in Lviv region, a one-off cash payment has been introduced for people affected by the accident at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant who are classified in category 1, 2 or 3. This was reported by the Krasne settlement council as part of the implementation of the Comprehensive Programme for Social Protection of the Community’s Population for 2026–2027.
The amount of the one-off payment is: UAH 5,000 for persons in category 1, UAH 3,500 for persons in category 2, and UAH 2,500 for persons in category 3.
Eligible for the payment are citizens who were affected by the Chornobyl disaster, belong to one of the three specified categories, and are registered or actually reside within the Krasne territorial community.
To receive the one-off cash payment, you must apply to the Social Protection Department of the Krasne settlement council and submit a set of documents, which includes:
- an application;
- a copy of a citizen of Ukraine’s passport or ID card with an extract from the territorial community register;
- a copy of the taxpayer’s registration card number (if available);
- an extract from the territorial community register;
- bank account details (IBAN);
- a copy of the certificate of a person affected by the Chornobyl disaster, indicating the category;
- for internally displaced persons – a copy of the certificate of registration as an IDP;
- if necessary – a document confirming actual residence in the community.
Documents for the granting of the one-off cash payment will be accepted until 30 November 2026. For further information, residents are asked to contact the Social Protection Department of the Krasne settlement council.
