The Ukrainian Veterans Foundation of the Ministry for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine provides financial support to those who are developing their own business after service. The Foundation compensates up to 20 thousand hryvnias for purchased items and goods needed to run a veteran-owned business.
War veterans who are officially registered as sole traders or who carry out independent professional activity within the meaning of the Tax Code of Ukraine can benefit from this compensation. A mandatory requirement is having the status of a veteran entrepreneurship entity.
