Ukraine Declares Day of Mourning Due to Attack in Kryvyi Rih
April 6 has been declared a nationwide Day of Mourning in Ukraine. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba:
“Cities and villages across Ukraine declare April 6 a Day of Mourning for the victims of the attack in Kryvyi Rih. All regional centers of Ukraine, both large and small communities, stand together with Kryvyi Rih. As a sign of solidarity with the affected and their families, a Day of Mourning will be observed in communities. From Kyiv to Odesa, from Kramatorsk to Uzhhorod — flags will be lowered in the cities, and silence will prevail.”
Consequences of the Attack
As a result of the ballistic missile and drone attack, 74 people were affected, including 19 fatalities. The enemy took the lives of 9 children.
