It was possible to provide food aid for 25 hospitals.
60 tons of products in six months – this is exactly the amount of products the charitable organization “BT Network of Lviv” provided to health care facilities in the Lviv Region.
It was possible to realize this thanks to the joint work of the UN World Food Program within the framework of the project “100% of life” – the Network of PLHIV “Food for life 2022” with the financial support of the World Food Program. As of today, we managed to provide more than 25 hospitals in our region.
Among the recipients of aid are the Center for Pulmonary Health, Lviv Regional Infectious Disease Hospital, Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital, Lviv Regional Psychiatric Hospital, Lviv Regional Clinical Psychoneurological Dispensary, Novorozdilsk Medical Center, Zhydachiv Medical Center, Sambirsk Medical Center, Drohobytsk ML No. 1, Drohobytsk ML No. 3, Boryslavska TsML, Zolochivska TSR, Skolivska TSR, Khodorivska ML, Brodivska ML, Rava-Ruska ML and a number of others.
“For us, it’s not just the numbers – it’s the huge volumes of products that we’ve provided for people recovering at these health facilities. We are glad that in such an extremely difficult time we can provide support on such a scale,” says project manager Sofia Kushnir.
We would like to remind you that “BT Network of Lviv” is part of the largest patient organization of Ukraine – “100 percent of life” and is engaged in helping certain vulnerable categories of the population, and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, it has also been helping people from the affected communities.
