At the Ukrainian-Polish border within Lviv region, border guards are recording a significant build-up of traffic leaving Ukraine. Drivers are advised to take the situation into account when planning their journey and, where possible, to choose less busy crossing points.
As of now, queues for leaving Ukraine are being observed at the following crossing points:
- “Krakivets” – around 25 cars and 5 buses;
- “Shehyni” – around 130 cars;
- “Nyzhankovychi” – 2 buses.
In contrast, the following crossing points are currently considered to be uncongested for exit from Ukraine: “Uhryniv”, “Rava-Ruska”, “Hrushiv”, “Smilnytsia” and “Nyzhankovychi”.
On entry into Ukraine, a build-up of vehicles is being recorded at the “Krakivets” crossing point, where around 10 cars are waiting. At the other crossing points, no queues have been recorded for entering Ukraine.
