As of 08:00 on 23 July 2026, a further fall in water levels of 1–7 cm has been recorded on the rivers of Lviv region. On certain watercourses in the Dniester basin, water levels continue to approach long-term minimum values.
In the area of the hydrological gauge on the Dniester River near the settlement of Rozdil, the water level remains below the minimum value for the entire period of observations.
The water temperature in the mountain rivers of the Dniester basin was 8–15°, while on other rivers in the region it generally remained within 16–23°.
According to the hydrological advisory, over the next 24 hours, due to expected moderate precipitation on the rivers of the Sian and Dniester basins, slight fluctuations in water levels are forecast, with a predominance of rises. At the same time, on the lowland rivers of the Western Bug basin, a decline in water levels will continue to prevail.
