On May 21, the Yavoriv community, led by representatives of the authorities and the clergy, gathered at a prayer meeting to honor the memory of the victims of political repression.
Those present prayed for the earliest possible peace and calm skies for Ukraine. As a nation, we have repeatedly faced enemies who have sought to rob us of our identity, our will, and our faith. But we, Ukrainians, have always shown strength and courage, ready to fight for every corner of our land, because it is imbued with the memories of our ancestors and the future of our children.
Eternal memory to all those who gave their lives for our Independence. Their sacrifices will surely remain in our hearts, reminding us of the importance of our national heritage and our unity.
