In the last week, 146 promotional codes were used in Lviv region.
As part of the Uber initiative, which will last until the end of November 2022, about 35,000 promotional codes for trips are provided to hospitals every month.
Thanks to this, doctors will be able to use Uber taxi services free of charge. Volunteers of the Kyiv charitable foundation “Solomyanski Kotyky” will help hospital employees use promotional codes.
Such cooperation arose to support a significant number of hospital workers who live on the outskirts of large cities and daily consider the issue of transportation.
“Thank you to everyone involved for creating such an initiative. After all, this will help medics to be in the right place on time to help people. This is a great step to help medical workers as well,” said Orest Chemerys, director of the health care department of the Lviv Regional Medical University.
We will remind you that this is a joint project of the Ministry of Health, the company “Uber” and the charitable organization “Solomyanski Kotiki” to help provide free trips for medical workers to almost 100 medical institutions throughout Ukraine.
