
Lvivoblenergo is introducing a new format of address-based notifications for consumers regarding hourly power outage schedules. The update applies to messages sent through Viber and Telegram chatbots, as well as through the KomKom mobile application.
What has changed in the notifications
From now on, personal notifications will show the current outage queue or group assigned to a consumer. This is important because the actual queue may differ from the one displayed in online services.
Such differences may occur for several reasons:
- maintenance or repair work on power networks;
- temporary switching of consumers to backup power supply;
