The complex rehabilitation center for persons with disabilities “Halychyna” received 12 special carts for transporting patients from the Lviv District Military Administration.
The necessary assistance was provided thanks to the cooperation of the administration and the Ukrainian Angels Foundation, which since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine has been helping the military, IDPs and providing medical institutions with the necessary drugs, means and equipment.
Center “Halychyna” is a state budget institution. It provides a complex of rehabilitation measures that should create conditions for the comprehensive development of persons and children with disabilities. Also, the Center provides rehabilitation measures for participants of ATO/OOS, veterans of combat operations.
Here they provide such services as: consultation of specialists (therapist, neurologist, traumatologist, physiotherapist, pediatrician, etc.), physiotherapy and drug treatment, diagnostics, balneotherapy, physical therapy.
Before the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the annual capacity of the Center in providing complex rehabilitation services was 1,200 people.
