Camouflage nets and trench candles: young people of Yavoriv district continue to help the Armed Forces

Once again, young boys and girls have united in a good cause in the People’s House of Hlynytsi village of the Yavoriv community. In their free time, they come here to weave camouflage nets, make trench candles and fire starters. This week alone, the young people packed 250 trench candles, 400 fire starters and three camouflage nets to the frontline to our military. In total, the children have made and sent 3,000 trench candles to the frontline for local defenders.

According to the children, they are not giving up their charity work and will continue to collect materials and make warmth for our soldiers.

“Every day our defenders risk their lives for the sake of Ukraine’s independence and freedom. We have to help every day, because only when we realise that we are strong together, we will overcome everything and win the desired victory,” the children said.
