Patrons Restored Buildings in Lviv after Shelling

Companies Carlsberg Ukraine and Meest helped restore buildings in Lviv after shelling.

After the attacks on Lviv on September 4, 2024, the company Carlsberg Ukraine, along with the City Institute, became the first participant in the initiative \”Take a House Under Patronage.\” Thanks to their support and Meest’s assistance, several buildings were restored. They are located on Brativ Mikhnovskykh and Olena Stepanivna streets.

Carlsberg invested over 2.6 million UAH in repairs: roofing, ceilings, and facades. Additionally, the replacement of doors was funded for another 292,000 UAH. Meest allocated 2 million UAH for restoration works.

“When it became known about the shelling of Lviv, we immediately decided to act… Restoration is not just about walls, it’s about hope, the strength of unity, and our common tomorrow,” — the press service of PJSC Carlsberg Ukraine.

It should be noted that 8 people died as a result of the attack; dozens of buildings were damaged. Andriy Moskalenko noted that most of the buildings that were damaged are now in the final stages of restoration.
